NEST is Northside's nonprofit community development corporation with a mission to ensure Northside thrives as a vibrant and sustainable community by preserving, improving and creating the neighborhood’s built environment. Recent projects include John Arthur Flats, REFRESH murals & business district facade improvements, Northside Gateway, & 4024 Hamilton Avenue.

Pete Fernandez will be spinning 80's tunes, and we'll have a costume contest, raffle, and drink specials.

Join Tri State Trails for a day of community and civic space celebration! On October 14th from 10am-1pm, we will be cleaning up some plant overgrowth, installing temporary signage, and enhancing the overall beauty of the Mill Creek Greenway Trail from Northside to South Cumminsville.
