4024 Hamilton Avenue

The historic property at 4024 Hamilton Avenue was purchased and stabilized by the Northside Business Association in 2019. After acquiring the building from the NBA, NEST will renovate and own the property in an effort to revitalize the lower block of Hamilton Avenue and bring new business to a building that has been vacant in part or full for over 50 years.

NEST secured a project grant through the City of Cincinnati’s Neighborhood Business District Improvement Program in 2020 and a Neighborhood Business District Support Grant in 2022, both to be paired with construction financing. Through our co-development with The Port of Greater Cincinnati, we expect to begin construction in 2022.
