REFRESH Program

NEST received funding from the City of Cincinnati’s NBDIP for Northside’s REFRESH Program. 17 locations including 19 businesses have been selected to participate in the exterior improvements that will enhance Northside’s vibrant business district. Improvements include facade improvement, storefront repairs, signage, awnings and shade structures, exterior hardscapes, exterior amenities. This transformative effort is a great tool for neighborhood improvements without the heavy cost burdens for business owners.
